I have been in Real Estate for 25 years. Initially as a Trust Administrator for Harcourts handling their accounts and payment of commissions. After spending time on the Administration side, I came to believe Real Estate is not just about selling houses but, providing a service to help people and this is the philosophy I adopted when I became a Real Estate Salesperson. I regularly attend training courses offered by Harcourts to further my education, skills and career. I passed my Branch Manager's Examination in 1994 and I am a member of the College of Salespersons. Since becoming a salesperson, I have received awards for Top Salesperson for both the Wellington Region and throughout New Zealand. I have come to love Real Estate and enjoy the people contact it brings. I like to focus my attention and ability on listing and selling residential property.
